**BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: 3rd floor master bedroom suite with large walk-in closet. Private sliding door access to back deck, overlooking the pool. King bed. Walk-in tile shower with rain shower head.
Bedroom 2: 3rd floor bedroom suite. Private sliding door access to back deck overlooking the pool. Queen bed. Walk-in tile shower with rain shower head.
Bedroom 3: 2nd floor front bedroom. Two double beds with an ocean view. Private sliding door access to front deck. Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Shower & tub combo. Double vanity sinks.
Bedroom 4: 2nd floor back bedroom. Bunk beds – Queen lower, Twin upper. Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Shower & tub combo. Double vanity sinks.
Bedroom 5: 2nd floor master bedroom suite. Bunk beds – King lower, Twin upper. Private bathroom, vanity sink, tile shower with tub and sliding entry door.
All bedrooms are well appointed with flat screen TV’s, high speed internet, cable and Roku sticks.
**LIVING ROOMS:
2nd floor living area includes: couch, 2 chairs, dining table for 4, foosball table, wet bar with sink, and 65” flat screen TV. Perfect for kids and teenagers to have their own space!
3rd floor living area includes: 2 couches, 2 chairs, family games and books, and 75” flat screen TV, panoramic ocean views.
**DOUBLE FRONT AND BACK DECKS:
There are two decks on both the front and back of the house, with additional seating.
The front-facing decks offer beautiful ocean views. The top deck boasts the “best seats in the house”!
The rear-facing decks overlook the private pool area. On the 2nd floor deck, you’ll find a convenient dining table, great for outdoor meals or playing board games.
**KITCHEN INFO:
Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, mini fridge, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and farmhouse style sink. Additional: 4-slot toaster, Keurig with single serve and drip coffee, additional 12-cup drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, 10-qt crock pot, waffle maker, Ninja blender. Kids’ plates, cups and utensils.
Generously supplied with all items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd.
Bar seating for 6, dining table seating for 10, with additional table seating on 2nd floor back deck and 2nd floor indoor dining table.
**POOL INFO:
Private 31’ x 11’ in-ground saltwater pool with accent lighting – great for a night swim! Accessible from the 2nd floor and first level of the house. Picnic table, additional seating. Enclosed outdoor shower.
*OPTIONAL HEATED POOL IN SPRING or FALL. Average price per day is $75. Please contact host to confirm number of days and price for your specific dates of travel. Must notify and pay at least one week in advance of arrival date.

1. The most convenient way to get around Oak Island is by car. The home is approximately 4 miles from grocery stores, numerous restaurants and ice cream. The Ocean Crest Pier is only 1.5 miles away and the Beach Pantry is a short 10 minute walk.
2. Oak Island is a bike-friendly community with several dedicated bike lanes and paths. Consider renting bicycles to explore the island at a leisurely pace. You can enjoy scenic rides along the coast or take a cruise through the charming neighborhoods.
